Started up by Dave Olejnik, Laynes is a far cry from the pretentious coffee-snob shops you may be used to. It’s simply a shop that sells awesome coffee. They sell their own coffee in their own labelled bags and are constantly revamping the menu.
So one day you may go when they are selling an Ethiopia Wote from the Yirgicheffe region and the next time they’ve got the St. Ali range. Besides the hot beverages, Dave also sells pastries, juices and all things that go together with such.
